Job Title : PS Business Analyst

Reports to: Vice President - Professional Services

Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with expertise in digital banking and customer acquisition to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between clients and delivery teams, ensuring successful implementation of Terafina-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

- Leverage deep understanding of banking customer acquisition journeys to align Candescents capabilities with client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed user stories and product requirements
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal technology teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Lead and participate in discovery workshops to define requirements, scope, and expected outcomes
- Analyze and interpret integration requirements and map them to business needs
- Contribute to functional design and solutioning discussions to deliver scalable and productive solutions
- Work closely with QA teams to develop test scenarios, validate test cases,



and ensure quality delivery
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives)
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication to drive timely and successful project delivery
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation activities, including client interactions
- Stay updated with Agile practices and digital banking trends

Required Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on client engagement
- Prior experience working with banks, credit unions, or fintech/service providers
- Strong experience in customer onboarding workflows and digital banking journeys
- Solid understanding of digital banking ecosystems and acquisition processes
- Experience with banking platforms such as:
- Core Banking Systems
- Loan Origination Systems (FIS, Temenos, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Lending 360, etc.)
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Business Banking
- Exposure to digital solution implementations or transformation programs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Knowledge or experience with Salesforce
- Certifications such as CBAP or equivalent
- Experience working on large-scale digital transformation initiatives
