Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to join our team working on SBL (Small Business Lending) / Commercial Lending solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, microservices, system design, and cloud technologies. Prior experience in SBL / Commercial Lending is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work on SBL / Commercial Lending applications and business workflows.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in system architecture and design discussions.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code.
- Design and implement highly available and scalable backend services.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform performance optimization.
- Work with AWS services for application deployment and cloud infrastructure.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker.




- Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and production support activities.

Mandatory Skills

- 59 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of System Design and software architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience in developing REST APIs / Microservices.
- Prior experience in SBL / Small Business Lending / Commercial Lending is added advantage
