We are looking for a Senior Anaplan Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale Anaplan solutions supporting global financial and operational planning. In this role, you will own complex model development end-to-end — from architecture and performance tuning to integrations, security, and production support — enabling scalable FP&A;, sales/channel, workforce, and operational planning across the organization. You'll work closely with finance, sales, HR, and IT stakeholders to deliver robust, auditable planning solutions that perform reliably during critical business cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain complex Anaplan models across FP&A;, sales/channel, workforce, and operational planning use cases

Own end-to-end model architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability

Optimize model performance — manage sparsity, calculation efficiency, and large-scale data volumes

Implement and manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) — Dev, Test, and Production environment synchronization and version control

Build and maintain integrations with ERP, CRM, and HR systems using Anaplan Connect and APIs

Design and administer security architecture — Roles, Selective Access, and Dynamic Cell Access (DCA)

Support multi-entity, multi-currency planning models with strong governance and auditability





Ensure partner/data isolation and compliance with enterprise data governance standards

Provide production support during critical planning cycles, including issue triage and resolution

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions

Mentor junior team members and contribute to Anaplan best practices and documentation standards

Must-Have Skills

6+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience (total IT experience may be higher)

Advanced Anaplan modeling, UX design, and dashboard development

Solid performance optimization skills (sparsity reduction, calculation tuning, model architecture)

Hands-on ALM experience — Dev/Test/Prod deployment and version management

Experience with Anaplan Connect, APIs, and enterprise system integrations

Multi-entity and multi-currency planning model experience

Strong understanding of security & RBAC (Roles, Selective Access, DCA)

Proven production support experience in a live enterprise environment

Preferred Skills

Anaplan certifications (Level 2/3, Solution Architect, or Certified Planning Architect)

Integration experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

Experience working in SOX-compliant environments

Prior experience in FP&A;, sales planning, or workforce planning domain.
