- Ensure filing of all GST returns and compliance with applicable GST regulations.
- Oversee timely deduction, payment, reconciliation, and filing of TDS returns and related statutory compliances.
- Prepare annual financial statements for all group entities within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
- Support management any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Education qualification - Bcom with CA Inter/IPCC preferred.
Min. Exp. - Min 15 years (Real Estate background and CA firm would be preferred).
