Job Title: HR Compliance

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable HR Compliance skilled to ensure adherence to all statutory regulations, labor laws, and internal HR policies. The role involves managing compliance processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting audits and statutory filings.

Role & responsibilities

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations
Manage end-to-end statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other applicable laws
Maintain and update employee statutory records and documentation
Coordinate with external authorities, auditors, and consultants for inspections and audits
Prepare and submit compliance reports within defined timelines
Monitor changes in labor laws and ensure timely implementation within the organization
Support internal and external HR audits
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and compliance frameworks
Ensure adherence to company HR governance standards
Required Skills & Competencies




Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, and payroll compliance processes
Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR Compliance, HR Operations, or Payroll Compliance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in handling HR audits and statutory inspections.
Exposure to payroll compliance systems and HR automation tools.
Understanding of multi-state compliance regulations.
