Role & responsibilities : Organize and lead internal QMS audits across all manufacturing, Metals Testing & Verification , Monitor specific standards for non-ferrous product , Establish Process Control Plans , Calibration Management, Prepare and verify Mill Test Certificates (MTCs) and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) according to relevant IS/ASTM standards for dispatched lots.
Preferred candidate profile
- Positive understanding of Indian & International Standards for copper and aluminum products (IS 191, IS 613, ASTM B187, ASTM B115, etc.).
- Proficiency in core quality tools: 8D, 5-Why, SPC, FMEA, CAPA, and Fishbone Analysis.
- Hands-on familiarity with electrical conductivity testing (% IACS), tensile testing, spectrometer testing, and dimensional inspection techniques.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems ,Tally and MS Excel.
