Roles & responsibilities

- Responsible for execution of end-to-end valuation engagementsincl. PPA - ASC 805, goodwill and asset impairment analyses(ASC 350/360), valuations of stock options under ASC 718 andIRC 409A
- Responsible for execution of end-to-end engagements, perform audit reviews and appraising third-party valuation reports
- Be responsible for the high-quality timely delivery of projects by self and the team members
- Coach a team of business valuation professionals
- Manage workflow, delivery, team utilization and act as KGS point of contact for the onshore Geo(s)
- Be involved in recruitment, learning and development andperformance management
- Build strong brand equity with onshore stakeholders
- Contribute to at least one CF & Cap Sols team level task force

Educational qualifications

- CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & InvestmentManagement)

Work experience

- The candidate must have atleast 2 to 5 years of working experience in business valuation roles

Mandatory technical & functional skills





- Command over advanced valuation techniques for business andintangible asset valuations
- Solid knowledge and hands on experience of working on financial models
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and handle critical situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred technical & functional skills

- Strong knowledge of relevant respective local GAAP or IFRS standards
- Prior experience in performance management
