ABOUT KK VALUATION SERVICES
KK Valuation Services is a boutique business valuation and transaction advisory firm. We deliver comprehensive, well-supported valuation, M&A;, and litigation support work that stands up to scrutiny from regulators, taxing authorities, and auditors. Our team operates as a true extension of our clients' in-house finance functions, and quality, precision, and timeliness are non-negotiable.

LOCATION & WORK MODE
Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat - candidates local to Ahmedabad will work from office.
Candidates based outside Ahmedabad can opt for work from home (WFH).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing valuation analyses and comprehensive reports using established firm templates and methodologies
Managing multiple valuation engagements concurrently, from data gathering through final report delivery
Building and maintaining financial models, including DCF, guideline public company, guideline transaction methods, and asset methods
Conducting company, industry, and economic research to support valuation conclusions
Ensuring all deliverables meet firm quality standards and applicable professional guidelines (USPAP, IRS Revenue Ruling 59-60, etc.)
DESIRED PROFILE
Strong grounding in business valuation concepts and methodologies
Hands-on experience valuing businesses for Estate & Gift Tax Planning, Divorce/Matrimonial Litigation, ESOPs, Buy/Sell cases, SBA and 409A
Exposure to Purchase Price Allocation,



or Goodwill Impairment engagements is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel, Capital IQ, DealStats, and other surrounding databases
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Explicit, professional written and verbal communication
Comfortable working under deadline pressure across multiple concurrent engagements

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of core business valuation experience
Report writing for litigation and IRS-facing engagements

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification: Postgraduate in Finance (MBA Finance, CFA, or related background)
Holding a valuation-related certification (ASA, CVA, or ABV) is a plus
