Consultant / AM - UAT (Financial Reporting) - - Gurgaon / Chennai

Responsibilities:

- Lead UAT for Financial Reporting projects and changes.
- Prepare UAT plans, test cases, test scenarios, scripts, and schedules.
- Coordinate testing with Finance, Reporting, Data, Change, and Technology teams.
- Manage test execution, defects, issue tracking, and business sign-off.
- Ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure proper data validation, reconciliation, controls, and governance.
- Provide regular testing updates to stakeholders and manage delivery.

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in UAT, Test Management, or Business Testing in Financial Services.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Regulatory Reporting, or Reporting Change.
- Valuable knowledge of test planning, test execution, defect management, and business validation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, governance, and delivery skills.
- Experience working in complex and regulated financial environments
