Job Overview:

The Marketing Executive (Branding - BTL) will be responsible for creating and executing innovative branding strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of branding and marketing concepts, as well as experience in executing successful branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute branding strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding initiatives are aligned with overall marketing objectives
- Create and manage budgets for branding campaigns
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure quality deliverables within budget
- New Product Launch - Handling New Product Launch with the help of Display, POSM like Banner, Posters, etc.




- Market Mapping & Data Management
- Adherence to the guidelines given by unit Marketing Manager
- Monitor and report on the success of branding campaigns using relevant metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into branding strategies
- Conduct field visits to gather data, insights and conduct competitor analysis

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in branding or marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Creative thinking and ability to develop cutting-edge branding strategies
- Two-wheeler required with motorcycle with gear license
- Willingness to travel for field visits - DAILY FIELD WORK & Outstation travel required.
