The Program Advisor plays a key role in student admissions by counseling prospective learners and guiding them through skilled upskilling programs.

This is a consultative admissions and inside sales role, where you will work with qualified inquiries, understand career goals, recommend suitable programs, and support candidates throughout the enrollment journey.

Student Counseling s Lead Management

- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual counseling sessions.
- Understand candidate backgrounds, career goals, and learning objectives.
- Provide personalized guidance on suitable programs and career pathways.

Program Advisory s Admissions Support

- Explain course curriculum, learning outcomes, schedules, eligibility, and career support services.
- Help students understand program value and long-term career benefits.
- Guide candidates through application, documentation, and enrollment processes.

Follow-Ups s Conversion Management

- Maintain structured follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Address queries and support decision-making through consultative discussions.
- Convert qualified inquiries into confirmed enrollments
