Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional for the role of Analyst Affordable Housing (AHA). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modeling Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and other subsidy programs for multifamily affordable housing projects. This role involves financial modeling, valuation analysis, and understanding regulatory and funding structures within the affordable housing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain financial models for LIHTC-based affordable housing projects
- Perform cash flow projections, valuation analysis, and investment return calculations
- Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess project risks and returns
- Analyze and interpret LIHTC structures, regulatory agreements, and compliance requirements
- Work with various funding sources, including tax credits, subsidies, and financing structures specific to affordable housing
- Evaluate deal structures and support underwriting processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial models




- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Affordable Housing / LIHTC modeling
- Strong understanding of: i) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program ii) Multifamily affordable housing finance structures iii) Regulatory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Experience with cash flow modeling, IRR, NPV, and valuation techniques
- Knowledge of subsidy programs and funding sources in affordable housing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on US-based affordable housing projects
- Familiarity with LIHTC software/tools or modules
- Background in real estate finance, underwriting, or investment analysis.

Working Conditions:

- Hybrid work setting (WFO on Thu/Fri)
- Overlap with US working hours (split shift) 3:00 PM 12:00 AM
- Cab facility will be provided.
