What you will be doing:

Propose initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Perform business operations of TRADEOPS primary market products such as Equity/Debt/SME IPOs/Tender, etc., providing relevant files / data to internal and external stakeholders

What You will be responsible for :

Intraday Activities: -

1.1 Operational activities for setting up bidding parameters of public issue for IPO, SME IPO, DEBT IPO,OFS etc., private issue for EBP and NCB issuance.

1.2 Operational activities of MFSS, SLB, IPO and Debt Segment

1.3 Providing clarity and creating policies for regulatory provisions related to book building process

1.4 Knowledge of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009, SEBI Buyback/Delisting/Takeover Regulations

2MIS Reporting: -

1.1 Preparation of MIS for management

1.2 Escalate exceptions to management

1.3 Provide audit related data / information

3.Development: -

1.1. Identify impact on operational activities on account of business / regulatory/technology changes.

1.2 Identify impact of system/ regulatory changes on daily business operations activities

1.3 Liaise with technology development team for implementation of changes.

1.4 Liaise with technology support team for resolution.
