Role Summary

We are looking for a agile and analytical finance professional to join our Finance Desk team as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in financial and data analysis, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders. This role requires a business-oriented mindset with the capability to translate financial data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and support the IS financials function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.

• Perform financial and data analysis to identify trends,



risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and business stakeholders.

• Partner with business teams to understand operational requirements and provide financial support for decision-making.

• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and financial objectives.

• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted finance partner to the business.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, business finance, or commercial finance.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

• Proven experience in financial analysis and data analysis using advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Experience working closely with business teams and supporting business decision-making.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
