Role & responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate with external recruitment vendors and agencies to ensure smooth sourcing and selection processes.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer release for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Track and monitor vendor performance metrics, ensuring adherence to turnaround time (TAT) and quality of profiles.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics to track open positions, pipeline, and closure rates.
- Collaborate with business and HR teams to understand manpower needs and align sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate vendor terms, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct periodic vendor reviews and performance discussions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the recruitment cycle.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in recruitment and vendor management (preferably in OEM / Automation / FMCG / FMCD sectors).
- Robust analytical skills with ability to create and interpret recruitment dashboards, MIS, and TAT reports (Advanced Excel / Power BI preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring and deliver under tight deadlines.




- Familiarity with ATS systems and data-driven hiring practices.
