Role & responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8+ Admissions Executives/Counsellors.
- Drive team performance against admissions, conversion, revenue, and productivity targets.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, applications, conversions, and overall admissions pipeline.
- Coordinate closely with BDMs, Agents, and internal teams to maximize lead-to-admission conversions.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and one-on-one sessions.
- Identify performance gaps and implement training and corrective action plans.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication with students and clients.
- Handle escalations and resolve client, team, BDM, and Agent-related issues.
- Track and analyse KPIs, prepare performance reports, and take corrective actions where required.
- Improve team productivity, conversion rates, turnaround times, and overall business performance.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.




- Contribute to strategies for business growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.

- Confident in handling escalations and resolving team/client-related issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM systems and reporting tools.
