Role & responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Open current CASA (Current Account/Savings Account) and liability accounts through cold calling, market visits, and walk-ins.
- Cross-Selling: Promote and sell third-party financial products like life insurance, health insurance, and mutual fund SIPs.
- Customer Service: Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist with processing banking and loan services.
- Operations & Cash Handling: Process deposits, withdrawals, and maintain accurate transaction logs (if assigned to teller/money officer duties).
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance sales scorecards.
- Compliance: Ensure all procedures strictly follow bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
