Role & responsibilities

- Own the state-level business targets for commercial vehicle loans.
- Drive disbursement, AUM, profitability, and portfolio growth.
- Build and manage a robust sales team across branches/locations.
- Develop relationships with dealers, OEMs, DSAs, brokers, and other channel partners.
- Expand the commercial vehicle loan business through new markets and customer segments.
- Monitor branch/team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Ensure proper credit quality, documentation, collections coordination, and portfolio hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing sales managers and branch teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Typically 8-15+ years of experience in commercial vehicle finance, vehicle loans, retail lending, or NBFC/banking.
- Strong dealer/channel network and understanding of the commercial vehicle market.
