Job Description: Head of Corporate Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Department: Corporate Marketing & Business Development
Reports To: Group - Head Marketing

Position Summary

The Head of Corporate Marketing is responsible for driving the hospitals corporate business, branding, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves developing corporate tie-ups, strengthening relationships with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate clients, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring growth in patient footfall and revenue across all service lines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Business Development

- Identify, acquire, and manage corporate clients, including companies, PSUs, SMEs, embassies, and government organizations.

- Develop and oversee corporate health check programs, medical camps, and wellness initiatives.

- Build strong relationships with HR departments, occupational health officers, and corporate decision-makers.

- Drive revenue growth from planned procedures, OPD referrals, IPD admissions, and health packages.

2. TPA & Insurance Management

- Maintain and expand tie-ups with TPAs, insurance providers, and third-party agencies.

- Ensure smooth coordination for cashless services, empanelments, renewals, and compliance.

- Address and resolve operational issues related to insurance and billing.

3. Marketing Strategy & Branding

- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with hospital goals.

- Oversee digital marketing, website content, SEO, and social media campaigns.

- Manage brand communication, advertising, promotional materials, and public relations.

- Lead hospital participation in CSR activities, community outreach, and awareness programs.

4. Patient Acquisition & Service Line Growth





- Create targeted campaigns for key specialties such as cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, gastroenterology, and maternity.

- Coordinate with specialty heads to increase referrals and optimize patient flows.

- Monitor conversion ratios from inquiries to admissions and implement improvements.

5. Doctor & Referral Network Management

- Build and maintain relationships with visiting consultants, referring doctors, and clinics.

- Develop referral programs and monitor referral-driven performance.

6. Team Leadership & Administration

- Lead, train, and mentor the corporate marketing and business development team.

- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics: corporate volumes, OPD/IPD growth, collection targets, etc.

- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.

7. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

- Track competitor offerings, pricing, corporate packages, and marketing activities.

- Recommend recent services, packages, and strategic initiatives to enhance competitiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management or equivalent.

- 815 years of experience in hospital marketing or healthcare business development, preferably in corporate hospitals.

- Strong understanding of TPA processes, corporate sales, and healthcare service lines.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong leadership and team management competency.
