About the Role

We are hiring a Graphic Designer to create premium, professional, and lead focused real estate marketing creatives for digital and print platforms. The candidate should have solid design sense, real estate creative understanding, and the ability to deliver high quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media creatives, ad designs, brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
- Design real estate marketing material for digital and print platforms.




- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives.
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and sales teams for campaign requirements.
- Create investor focused designs for property promotions and lead generation.
- Ensure high quality output with correct layout, spacing, typography, and branding.

Must Have Skills

- Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Canva.
- Illustrator knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of real estate creatives and advertising design.
- Knowledge of AI creative tools like Gemini, Nano Banana, VEO, and similar platforms.
- Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and visual quality.
- Ability to handle multiple design tasks within deadlines.
- Portfolio with real estate or premium marketing creatives is required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in real estate, property, or investment related design.
- Basic video and reel editing knowledge.
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects will be a plus.Role & responsibilities
