- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify top talent for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers made.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tools for tracking candidate flow.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
