Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Proficient in adjusting, setting, and maintaining CNC milling machines
Good understanding of software and hardware used in CNC milling
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work well in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Select the appropriate cutting tools and materials for each job
Ensure the smooth functioning of the machines and optimize the production process
Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively

Education- SSLC ITI Diploma
