Key responsibilities

- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
- Create user personas, user flows, customer journey maps, and information architecture.
- Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive user experiences.
- Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UX standards.
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Analyze user behavior and product performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices.
- Advocate for the end-user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Qualification

- 3+ years of experience in UX Design or a similar role.




- Robust portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem-solving, and design thinking skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability methodologies.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Certification in UX/UI Design or Human-Centered Design is an advantage.
