Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Update sales records and CRM with accurate information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
