- Job Description :
- Hands-on experience in Mitsubishi Q Series, R Series & FXU Series PLC & HMI programming.
- Hands-on experience in GX Works platform is mandatory. Experience in field communication Ethernet IE, CC Link desirable.
- Hands-on experience in Mitsubishi, DANFOSS,SEW VFD drives - Parameterization, Communicating with PLC, Trouble shooting.
- New programs creation in PLC, recent Screens creation in HMI, link the Tags, I/Os, interlock with VFD (Mitsubishi, SEW)
- Experience in KUKA robot program, troubleshooting, installation and commissioning is added advantage
- Experience in Robot Roller hemming cells, sealer application robots, Material handling equipment - Programs & trouble shooting - is added
- Experience in handling Conveyor logics, interlocks and other equipment PLC logics in Mitsubishi PLCs
- Experience in EMS systems, Material transfer systems of Body, paint & GA shop
