Role & responsibilities

- Be the main point of contact for our customers and represent RGBSI with confidence.
- Understand client needs and help shape solutions that fit them perfectly.
- Present our software instrumentation products and learn how customers plan to use them.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer questions or challenges quickly.
- Create clear and helpful application documents for new software use [PPAP, APQP, 8D, Kaizen, FMEA etc]
- Gather client feedback and ensure performance goals are met.
- Track and achieve your KPIs with consistency.

What Were Looking For

- Robust grasp of basic engineering concepts and the ability to learn fast.
- Any CAD software
- Excellent communication skillsyou’re comfortable explaining, presenting, and connecting with clients.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Organized and reliable in managing multiple client cases at once.
