Position Purpose-

To support end-to-end onboarding and supply chain execution for Private Brand suppliers and products, ensuring data accuracy, supplier compliance, and on-time delivery while proactively managing risks, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and enabling the successful expansion of THDs Private Brand offerings to enhance customer experience.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities-

- Execute all aspects of product onboarding across systems including JDE, IDM, and PLM/Flex, as well as ensure supplier compliance for the assigned department or category.
- Partner closely with Merchandising Category Managers to align on project timelines, maintain high data quality standards, and communicate effectively with business partners and leadership.
- Support fulfillment issue resolution as business needs arise by consolidating supplier information on a weekly basis, creating fulfillment metrics, and driving supplier delivery performance.
- Provide end-to-end project management support, including onboarding, production tracking, shipment follow-ups, and post-sales monitoring to ensure smooth lifecycle management of assigned products.
- Conduct factory visits and capacity assessments to proactively identify and mitigate supplier risks.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering and Compliance to complete onboarding processes and generate required supply chain reports.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve onboarding and supply chain processes, contributing to value-creation initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain all product-related documentation and data sheets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide support for Sourcing and SCO administrative tasks as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
- Around 8 years of relevant experience at comparable retail and product development organizations
- Exhibited Product development experience.
- Execution skills and ability to drive behavior by metrics.
- Project management skills
- Experience using complex project management/software systems.
- Manufacturing background to understand production planning and manufacturing process constraints
- Preferably with supply chain experience, knowledge of import and export is an advantage
