Responsibilities:

1. The candidate must possess

valuable experience in the Real Estate Sector

.
2. RERA knowledge is a must .
3. The candidate will have to ensure compliance with MahaRERA and must have drafted complaints under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
4. Should be well versed with transactions of Sale & Purchase of immovable properties.
5. Conducting Title Due Diligence for Agricultural, Non Agricultural, Residential & commercial properties.
6. Drafting, vetting and finalizing legal terms in transactions of leave and license, lease, sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties and related documentation.
7. Conducting due diligence and title verification and ascertaining the chain of title and drafting note on title.
8. Drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing Memorandum of Understanding, Supplemental Memorandum of Understanding, Term Sheets, Agreement for Sale,



Lease Deeds, Leave and License Agreement, Deeds of Transfer, Conveyance Deeds, Development Agreement, Deeds of Indemnity, Deeds of Transfer of Tenancy, , Public Notices, , Powers of Attorney, Deeds of Cancellation, Deeds of Rectification, Consent Terms, Declarations on Title.
9. Experience in Commercial Leasing and Retail Leasing will be preferred.
10. The Candidate will have to work alongside the CRM Team and advise them on any dispute and undertake drafting work.
11. Should have practised as an Advocate in the courts of Mumbai and should possess good knowledge of Litigation.
