Role & responsibilities

- Develop State IEC and behaviour change communication strategy for ABDM adoption across Rajasthan.

- Design awareness campaigns for ABHA creation, PHR application use, Scan & Share, consent-based health record sharing, HFR/HPR registration and digital health perks for citizens and providers.

- Develop citizen-facing campaigns to encourage adoption of PHR applications by explaining benefits such as access to linked health records, digital prescriptions, lab reports, discharge summaries, portability of records and consent-based sharing.

- Prepare IEC content for E-Mitra PHR App, ABHA-based OPD/IPD services, Doctor Desk Module, model health facilities and ABDM-enabled private facilities.

- Prepare bilingual IEC material, social media creatives, FAQs, posters, banners, short videos, field communication scripts, press notes and success stories.

- Coordinate media campaigns, social media dissemination and public communication in convergence with NHM, IEC Bureau, district teams and programme divisions.

- Handle social media activities for ABDM-related communication, including preparation of content calendars, drafting of posts, coordination of creatives, timely posting through official channels, response coordination,



campaign tracking and social media analytics reporting.

- Develop communication packages for CMHOs, district hospitals, CHCs, PHCs, AAMs, private hospitals, labs, pharmacies, doctors and frontline health workers.

- Document best practices, case studies, model facility initiatives, model district achievements and innovations in ABDM implementation.

- Prepare model health facility and model district communication packages, success stories, case studies, IEC displays, beneficiary communication material and documentation of replicable practices.

- Draft speeches, briefing notes, messages, press releases, workshop material and event content for State-level and divisional workshops.

- Coordinate printing, translation, approval, distribution and utilization tracking of IEC material, including monitoring of IEC/CB fund utilization.

- Prepare communication material, advisories and reminders for facilities and districts regarding DHIS registration, claim submission, utilization certificate requirements and timelines for compliance.

- Monitor campaign reach, feedback, district participation, provider engagement and citizen awareness indicators.
