Role & Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital, print, social media, marketing, and branding requirements.

Create high-quality designs for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners, websites, and other marketing collaterals.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing materials.

Collaborate with the marketing, content, sales, and other teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Lead the design process from concept development to final artwork and execution.

Review and improve existing designs based on feedback and business requirements.

Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques.

Guide junior designers and provide creative direction when required.

Prepare artwork according to digital and print production specifications.

Ensure accuracy in typography, colors, layouts, images, and brand guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile





Bachelors degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.

4–7 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Figma.

Experience in branding, social media creatives, digital marketing, print design, presentations, and marketing collaterals.

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into compelling visual concepts.

Robust communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.

A strong and diverse design portfolio is mandatory.

Experience with motion graphics/video editing is an added advantage.

Ability to mentor junior designers and take ownership of projects independently.
