Purpose/Objective

Responsible for managing enterprise virtualization platforms, certificate infrastructure (PKI), and AI-driven infrastructure analytics.
Ensures secure, scalable, and efficient IT operations across data centre, cloud, security, and automation domains.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities 1.
Infrastructure Virtualization Platform Management - Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, HCI, Morpheus, GDC) - Oversee VM lifecycle, cluster management, performance, and uptime - Drive capacity planning and optimization - Ensure HA, backup, DR readiness - Enforce security and compliance - Automate provisioning and monitoring - Handle incidents and vendor coordination 2.
Public & Private Certificate Management (PKI) - Design and manage enterprise PKI - Manage certificate lifecycle (issue, renew, revoke) - Maintain inventory and avoid expiries - Deploy certificates across infra and cloud - Ensure SSL/TLS compliance - Automate using ADCS, Key Vault, Vault, Venafi - Manage risks and governance policies 3.
Infrastructure AI Analytics (AIOps)



- Define AIOps roadmap - Implement AI/ML for anomaly detection and prediction - Use tools like Azure Monitor, Splunk, Dynatrace - Enable auto-remediation and intelligent alerts - Optimize capacity and performance - Integrate with ITSM tools Key Deliverables - Stable virtualization platforms - Robust PKI governance - AIOps-driven monitoring and automation - Improved uptime and cost efficiency Technical Skills - Azure Stack, GDC ,VMware, HPE Morpheus, Nutanix, hybrid cloud - PKI, SSL/TLS, CA - PowerShell, Python, Terraform - Azure Monitor, ServiceNow

Qualifications and Experience

Experience & Qualification - Experience: 0-4 years in virtualization, cloud, PKI, infrastructure operations, or analytics - Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline - Certifications (Added Advantage): VMware, Azure, Nutanix, PKI/Security, ITIL, AI/Analytics
