Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated CI Analyst (1 - 4 years experience) in Competitive Intelligence to join our team in Gurugram. The role involves monitoring competitive landscapes, analyzing clinical and regulatory developments, and delivering high-quality insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct systematic monitoring of industry developments, including clinical, regulatory, and competitive updates across relevant therapy areas.
- Develop and maintain pipeline landscapes, regulatory timelines, and competitive tracking repositories.
- Perform structured data collection, screening, and prioritization using defined inclusion/exclusion criteria to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Create concise competitive intelligence summaries, newsletters, and reports with clear story flow and actionable insights.
- Develop and refine search strategies, keyword lists, and monitoring frameworks to improve tracking efficiency.
- Support project teams by preparing data-driven slides, conference planners, and landscape analyses using Excel and PowerPoint.
Expected Outcomes :
- Deliver high-quality, error-free CI deliverables with strong adherence to QC standards.
- Ensure 100% adherence to project timelines, with proactive identification and escalation of potential risks.
- Maintain up-to-date competitive landscapes and monitoring frameworks that support ongoing strategic decision-making.
- Develop strong therapy area knowledge and market understanding,
enabling independent prioritization and analysis of relevant information.
Qualifications (Skills/Competencies) :
- 14 years of experience in Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, Life Sciences consulting, or healthcare analytics.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with clinical trial registries, regulatory databases, and industry information sources.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control mindset with the ability to deliver highly accurate outputs.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet tight timelines.
Work Model/ Shift Requirements:
- This role is based in Gurugram and requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts based on project requirements.
- The position typically involves approximately 4 months in US shift and 8 months in India shift during the year.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in client-aligned time zones and collaborating with global stakeholders.
