Position - Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle 8 lines (6 Manual + 2 Electrical Brushes)
- Manage 200 employees per shift
- Supervise 2 Shift Supervisors
- Ensure production targets, quality, and minimal downtime
- Monitor manpower allocation and discipline
- Maintain production reports and shift handover

Production Management:

- Oversee 8 assembly lines (6 Manual Brushes + 2 Electrical Brushes).
- Ensure smooth functioning of all lines and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor daily output and minimize downtime across all lines.
- Drive productivity improvements and optimize line efficiency.

Manpower Handling:

- Manage 200 employees per shift (25 employees per line).
- Supervise and guide 2 Shift Supervisors.




- Ensure proper manpower allocation and shift planning.
- Handle absenteeism, discipline, and workforce productivity.

Quality & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to quality standards for Oral-B products.
- Monitor defects, rejections, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.

Process Improvement:

- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work on reducing cycle time and increasing line efficiency.
- Support lean manufacturing and 5S practices.

Requirements:

- 3+ years experience in assembly
- Robust manpower handling and leadership skills
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards
