We are seeking a Senior Manager of Institutional Alliances to drive these asset-management partnerships. He/She will build relationships exclusively with institutional owners, trustees, and board members to sign multi-year management contracts. He/She must possess deep insider knowledge of university governance, regulatory landscapes, and financial structures to navigate and close these transformative deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Deal Sourcing

- Target institutional leadership by mapping out private universities, colleges, and trusts open to operational transformation.
- Pitch directly to decision-makers, including College Owners, Board Trustees, Promoters, and Chancellors.
- Present complex operational-takeover models clearly, demonstrating how our management boosts enrollment, academic quality, and profitability.

Contract Negotiation & Legal MSA Structuring

- Draft and negotiate long-term MSAs (Management Service Agreements) governing multi-year revenue shares and operational boundaries.
- Define infrastructure handovers,



ensuring clarity on the institutions responsibility for physical assets, utilities, and local compliance.
- Manage long sales cycles from cold outreach through financial modeling, due diligence, and final board approval.

Academic & Operational Governance

- Leverage insider knowledge of university functioning to design operational transition blueprints.
- Liaise with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless takeover of marketing, admissions, faculty management, and placements once the MSA is signed.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in higher education consulting, university corporate development, or high-value institutional sales.
- Network: An active, high-level rolodex of College Owners, Trustees, and Educational Board Members is mandatory.
- Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of college ecosystems,
- Skills: Elite boardroom presence, master-level negotiation skills, and capability to discuss long-term partnership skills.
