Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking a enthusiastic Graphic Designer (Fresher) with knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and related design tools. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual design, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively within a team environment. This role involves assisting in the creation of signage designs, layouts, and other graphic deliverables across multiple projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Understand project requirements, client needs, and design objectives clearly.
- Assist in the preparation of design concepts, layouts, drafts, and final artwork.
- Work on signage-related design tasks while following accurate measurements, specifications, and guidelines.
- Develop final designs and ensure they are approved by senior designers or project managers.
- Study design briefs, gather necessary information, and develop creative solutions.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Handle individual tasks responsibly while actively supporting team activities.
- Follow instructions, feedback, and revisions provided by quality leads, senior designers, and project managers.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and branding standards throughout all design work.
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and project schedules.
- Stay updated with new design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Software Skills Required

- Adobe Illustrator Mandatory
- CorelDRAW Required
- Adobe Photoshop (basic knowledge preferred)




- Familiarity with other design tools will be an added advantage

Education & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as:

Graphic Design or
Any related design/arts stream

- Completion of a qualified graphic design course or certification in Illustrator is preferred.
