We are looking for a Production Planner/Master Scheduler to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, with a bachelors degree or a master’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in a multinational high technology corporation, particularly in operations, BOM, and planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with production planning systems, including master production schedule and material requirements planning.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across global teams, both technical and non-technical.
- Knowledge of SAP (MM/PP) or similar ERP systems.
- Understanding of BOM structures and the Engineering Change process.

Desirable Skills:
- Experience in wafer processing or general manufacturing is a plus.

Please note that candidates should be comfortable working shifts based on business needs, with timings that may include 6:00 to 13:00, 13:30 to 22:30, or 15:30 to 00:30.
