Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Manager for Revenue Management across our international portfolio. The role will own Revenue and Contribution Margin performance, develop revenue strategies, optimize pricing and distribution, and build scalable revenue-management processes.

The role will work closely with Business, Operations, Field, Product, Finance, and Central teams to translate data-driven insights into commercial actions and drive sustainable portfolio growth.

The role is for Australia Geography. Shift starts at 8 AM.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Commercial Performance

- Own Revenue and Contribution Margin delivery across the portfolio.
- Develop portfolio and asset-level revenue strategies across pricing, occupancy, channel mix, inventory, and listing optimization.
- Identify underperforming assets and drive targeted improvement plans.
- Identify current revenue and profitability opportunities.

2. Pricing & Market Strategy

- Own pricing and revenue-management strategy across markets and asset segments.




- Monitor demand, seasonality, competitor pricing, occupancy, and market trends to drive pricing decisions.
- Optimize channel mix and distribution to maximize revenue and margins.
- Establish competitive benchmarking and performance standards.

3. Analytics & Performance Management

- Establish a robust performance-management framework covering Revenue, ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR, CM, and channel performance.
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Drive automation and scalable analytical processes.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

4. Cross-Functional & Team Leadership

- Partner with Field, Business, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to execute revenue strategies.
- Lead strategic initiatives to address revenue challenges and unlock growth.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Revenue Management team.
- Establish standardized processes, operating mechanisms, and best practices across markets.

Qualifications

- Bachelors/masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Strategy, Pricing, Analytics, Consulting, or related roles; hospitality/travel/real estate experience preferred.
- Comfortable working for Australia Geography starting 8 AM onwards.
- Proven experience owning revenue and profitability outcomes across a portfolio or business unit.
- Strong understanding of pricing, demand, occupancy, channel management, and revenue optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools; SQL/Python preferred.
- Excellent commercial, communication, stakeholder-management, and people-leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial workplace.
