Miles has partnered with a leading global professional services firm, ranked among the Top 20 globally, under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model to establish and scale its Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join the firm's AI & Automation Team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing, developing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions that drive operational efficiency across the Accounting Services function. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, cloud technologies, and API-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support scalable automation solutions.
- Build robust web applications using Next.js and Python frameworks (Django/FastAPI).
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices to support enterprise-scale applications.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Owners, SMEs, Architects, and Developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize deployed solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and execute projects using Scrum methodologies.
- Act as a trusted technology advisor by recommending innovative automation solutions.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring quality delivery.

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience with Django and/or FastAPI (Mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in Python




- Strong experience with SQL databases
- Expertise in Frontend and Backend Web Application Development
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud and related Azure services
- Knowledge of application logging, monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization
- Experience with unit testing and software quality practices

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, NLP, OCR, or Intelligent Automation.
- Prior experience in the Accounting Technology or Professional Services industry.
- Experience working with SDKs and integrating third-party platforms/services.
