Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare test setups and fixtures for prototype testing
• Conduct bench tests and product performance evaluations
• Collect, compile, and analyze operational test data
• Prepare detailed test reports and maintain daily logs
• Collaborate with Engineering and R&D; teams to improve test rigs and product performance
• Recommend design improvements based on test findings
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards
