Technology & AI Lead Location: Bandra, Mumbai | Type: Full time | Experience: 2+ years

We're Verticl Corp, a Bandra-based redevelopment company looking for a hands-on tech lead to build our digital backbone customer-facing platforms and internal operating systems and drive AI adoption across the company.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain our website and a customer interaction app (project updates, queries, document sharing)
- Set up a project management system for redevelopment projects
- Build a construction schedule tracker (timelines, milestones, delays)
- Implement a CRM for leads and client relationships
- Build a file/document management system
- Set up a compliance tracker (RERA, approvals, NOCs, renewals, deadlines)
- Build a vendor management system (onboarding, work orders, payments, performance)
- Identify and integrate AI tools/APIs across departments (sales, ops, compliance, support)
- Own overall tech stack, architecture,



and data security

What We Need

- 2+ years full-stack development experience; product/system ownership experience preferred
- Strong in web + mobile app development (React/Next.js, Node.js, Flutter/React Native or similar)
- Working knowledge of AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and integrating them into workflows
- Comfortable with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Airtable, Notion) to move fast
- Strong problem-solving mindset — can translate business needs into systems
- Good communication; self-driven; startup mindset
- Real estate/construction industry exposure is a plus, not mandatory
