1. Factory Supervisor – Job DescriptionManage day-to-day factory production and worker activities.
2. Allocate work and monitor manpower, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
3. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and schedules are achieved.
4. Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, Dispatch, Transporters, and Management.
5. Monitor material handling, inventory, wastage, packing, loading, and dispatch.
6. Ensure proper handling of glass, aluminium profiles, hardware, and other materials.
7. Maintain production, material, manpower, and wastage records.
8. Ensure machine, tool, workplace safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
9. Resolve production issues and report major concerns to Management.
10. Visit client sites, vendors, suppliers, and other locations within Mumbai as required for factory-related work.
11. Perform other outdoor and factory-related duties assigned by Management.
