We are seeking an energetic and results-driven FMCG Sales Representative to drive product availability and sales growth within an assigned territory. In this role, you will manage our distribution network, onboard recent retail outlets, and ensure our products are prominently displayed on store shelves. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the local retail market, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for working on the field.

➡️ Key Responsibilities

- Territory Coverage: Conduct daily field visits to Kirana stores, supermarkets, and wholesale outlets to maximize product placement.
- Order Generation: Secure consistent, high-volume orders for our entire product portfolio to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Distributor Coordination: Partner closely with local stockists and distributors to ensure timely product delivery and zero stock-outs.
- Merchandising Excellence:



Ensure optimal product visibility, execute first-in-first-out (FIFO) stock rotation, and set up point-of-sale display materials.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, schemes, and new launches, and share regular feedback with the regional sales manager.

➡️ Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: 12th or High School Diploma in related field.
- Experience: 3 years of proven field sales experience specifically within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the assigned geographic territory and established relationships with local retailers.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, basic numerical ability for calculating discounts/margins, and a high level of physical stamina.
