Job SummaryWe are looking for a well-groomed, courteous and service-oriented Pantry Boy / Pantry Executive to manage pantry operations and provide professional beverage and hospitality services to executives, delegates and visitors at a corporate facility.

The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality and a strong focus on hygiene, grooming and service quality.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the pantry area in a clean, hygienic and organized condition at all times.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, tea-making equipment and other pantry equipment.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee and other beverages to executives, employees and delegates.
- Provide prompt and qualified service during meetings, conferences and executive visits.
- Ensure conference rooms and meeting areas are clean, neat and properly arranged before and after meetings.
- Receive and assist delegates and visitors, including foreign delegates, with a courteous and professional approach.
- Ensure pantry supplies, crockery,



cutlery and consumables are adequately maintained.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.
- Follow all prescribed food safety, hygiene and workplace cleanliness standards.
- Support hospitality arrangements for senior management, meetings and special events.
- Report any equipment issues, shortage of consumables or maintenance requirements to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct while working around senior executives and visitors.
- Candidate ProfilePrevious experience in corporate pantry, hospitality, executive service, hotel or premium office environments will be preferred.
- Should be well-groomed, presentable and courteous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be comfortable serving senior executives and foreign delegates.
- Strong understanding of workplace hygiene and cleanliness.
- Should be punctual, disciplined and service-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
