We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Financial Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, generating leads, counselling them regarding suitable secured loan products, and coordinating with the internal team for further processing.

- Generate leads through company-provided data.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Counsel customers regarding suitable products.
- Explain loan eligibility, documentation, basic terms, and the overall loan process to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales and credit team for further processing of qualified leads.
- Schedule customer meetings and field visits wherever required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Ensure timely follow-up until the lead is converted or closed.
- Provide a qualified customer experience and resolve basic customer queries.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
