Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve members and guests promptly and courteously at tables, the bar, and during banquet/event functions
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service
- Set up and explicit tables as per service standards; maintain cleanliness of service areas, crockery, cutlery, and glassware
- Handle billing/POS entries accurately and coordinate with the cashier/accounts team
- Assist in event and banquet setups table arrangements, buffet counters, seating plans
- Maintain stock of service essentials (linen, cutlery, crockery) and report shortages to the F&B; Manager
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times
- Handle member/guest requests and minor complaints politely,



escalating where necessary
- Support inventory checks and stock reconciliation as directed

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Prior experience as a Steward/Waiter in a hotel, restaurant, club, or banquet setup preferred
- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or hospitality training is a plus, not mandatory
- Well-groomed, presentable, and comfortable with member-facing service
- Basic English/Telugu/Hindi communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and club event days
- Team player with a service-first attitude
