- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company’s stock market advisory services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into clients.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Maintain customer and call records.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and advisory team for client conversion.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.
- EligibilityFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Candidates with telesales, telecalling, BPO, sales, or customer-handling experience will be preferred.
