Job Summary :- We are looking for a skilled and creative professional who can manage our company website, web applications, mobile applications, and digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Meta platforms.

The candidate should have experience in website development, application development, social media marketing, lead generation, advertising campaigns, and performance analysis.

- Key Responsibilities1. Website Development & ManagementDevelop, maintain, and update the company website.
- Improve website design, speed, performance, and user experience.
- Create and manage product pages, landing pages, inquiry forms, and SEO-friendly content.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and responsive.
- Maintain website security, backups, and technical updates.
- Integrate WhatsApp, CRM, Google Analytics, inquiry forms, and other business tools.
- 2. Web & Application DevelopmentDevelop and maintain business web applications and mobile applications.
- Create customer portals, inquiry systems, lead management systems, and business dashboards.
- Integrate APIs, CRM, WhatsApp, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
- Coordinate with the management team to understand business requirements and develop suitable digital solutions.
- 3. Meta & Social Media MarketingCreate and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage Meta Ads Manager and optimize campaigns for lead generation.
- Create audience targeting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
- Develop creative content ideas for social media advertisements and posts.
- Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Generate quality B2B and B2C leads through social media platforms.

Google MarketingCreate and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Handle Search Ads, Display Ads, Remarketing, and Performance campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- 5. SEO & Digital GrowthImprove website ranking through on-page and off-page SEO.
- Perform keyword research and optimize product and service pages.
- Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions, and search performance.
- Identify current opportunities for digital lead generation.
- Support the company's overall online branding and growth strategy.
- Required SkillsWebsite Development: WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or relevant technologies
- Application Development: Web Application / Mobile Application Development
- Database knowledge: MySQL or relevant databases
