Operations Intern — Home Services Startup (Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad)

About us We're a growing home-services business connecting families with trusted professionals — physiotherapists, cooks, babysitters, and elderly-care attendants — across Pune and PCMC. We're looking for an energetic marketing intern to help us grow.

What you'll do

- Onboard new service experts (physiotherapists, cooks, babysitters, attendants) — help them register on our app and complete their profiles
- Coordinate with and manage our pool of experts — follow-ups, availability, basic support
- Run and manage ads on Instagram, and other platforms
- Create easy social media posts, reels, and job postings to attract both customers and experts
- Track responses, leads,



and basic performance of campaigns

What we're looking for

- Comfortable with Instagram, and smartphone apps
- Good communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English
- Organized, proactive, and reliable
- Basic knowledge of running social media ads is a plus (we can train you)
- Students or fresh graduates welcome
