Position: Lift TechnicianJob SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Lift Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators and escalators at various customer sites.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of lifts/elevators and escalators.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance as per company standards.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control-system faults and resolve them effectively.
- Attend customer complaints and breakdown calls within the required time.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure safe and proper functioning of equipment.
- Check lift components such as motors, ropes, brakes, door systems, sensors, controllers, and safety devices.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and site safety requirements.
- Maintain service reports, breakdown reports, checklists, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with supervisors,



engineers, customers, and site teams.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the work site.
- Complete assigned work within the given timeline and quality standards.
- Required Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience in lift/elevator maintenance or installation will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid focus on safety and quality.

Experience0–5 years of relevant experience in elevator/lift installation, maintenance, or servicing. Fresh ITI candidates with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
