Admission Counsellor – Job Description

Position: Admission Counsellor

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: ,(Ghazipur border)

Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from students and parents through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.

- Explain courses, fees, admission process and career opportunities.

- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

- Maintain daily follow-up and admission records.

- Counsel students according to their educational background and career goals.

- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.

- Maintain valuable relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Good knowledge of counselling and sales techniques.

- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Good Hindi and English communication skills.

- Prior experience in education/admission counselling will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in any stream.
